Description
El Pinet Beach of Elche: Extensive pinewood on a spectacular dune strip, inland delimited by a saltmarsh and mainly occupied by farms. Despite being a rustic beach, it offers a great number of services. Formed of fine, golden sand, it extends over nearly two kilometres. Part of the beach is occupied with villas, built in the 1950s, where we can found restaurants and accommodation on the seashore. In addition, there is lifeguard vigilance, foot washers, a large parking area and numerous wooden gangways connecting the access to the beach with the road. A regular bus service runs between El Pinet and Elche. It has a length of 730 m. and an average width of 50 m. It has a medium rate of popularity.
