Description
Valencia, the capital of the autonomous community of Valencia, is the third largest city in Spain. It is located on the east coast of the Iberian Peninsula, fronting the Gulf of Valencia on the Mediterranean Sea. Visitors love its historic centre, which is one of the largest in Spain. Its heritage of ancient monuments, views and cultural attractions makes Valencia one of the country`s greatest tourist "magnets". Due to its location, Valencia has historically been Spain’s Mediterranean port and has that remarkable appeal of cities that are also seaports. As for the beaches, the sand is fine, the waters is clear, the sea is vast and the the coastal mountains are close, which make the Valencian coastline uniquely attractive.
