Description
Thermisia: Thermissia is a seaside village in Argolida. Located south of the county seven kilometers east of Hermione. It is one of three districts of the municipality Ermionis.The name owes to the ancient temple of Demeter Thermasias who was in the area. The name that has survived until today in pidginly Thermasi which then became Thermissia. Often referred to the fort, the Castle Thermissia and for the rich salt marshes.
