Description
Portakal Beach: This is a 1km long, sandy beach situated 1km east of the centre of Alanya. It is a public beach with free access. Occasionally it is occupied by sunbeds and umbrellas that can be used with a small fee. In some parts the beach is 100 m. Wide. It is possible to get service from refreshment stalls or the beach cafes of the hotels. Various water sports are possible as well. Windsurf instructors are available in some hotels. The water is cool where the creeks reach the sea. It is a blue flag beach. It is easily accessible by road and there is public transport available.
