Porto Palma

Description

Porto Palma is one of the most beautiful anchorages in the whole archipelago. Situated at the southern end of Caprera island, it is sheltered from all directions except south and offers idyllic mooring in turquoise water on clean white sand. The best anchorage is on the eastern side of the bay in 5.0 - 9.0 metres. The Caprera Sailing Centre operates from a jetty at the head of the bay and by anchoring here you are away from the busy sailing regattas that fill the bay during the summer months.
