La Picòrdia Beach

Description

Also known as Primera Platja or Arenys beach, the Picòrdia beach is located in front of the village, between the Railway Station and the Stream. It is the urban beachpar excellence in town. The sand is medium-grained and the entry to the sea is gradual. It is a well equipped beach with all the basic services. The Red Cross is responsible for the lifeguard and rescue services and makes available adapted chairs for the disabled. If you access it by car, the vehicle can be left in the parking area of Arenys de Mar port or nearby. It has a length of 500 m. and an average width of 50 m.
