Description
Llevant Beach of Salou: It is the largest beach in Salou. With a length of 1,200 meters and 140 meters wide, this sandy beach can be visited following the Jaume I promenade that runs parallel to it. On the walk there are several services and leisure facilities. This promenade, full of greenery and gardens, is an ideal place to walk and watch the sea. Parking areas can be found in the surrounding areas. Attached to the marina that separates this from Platja de Ponent, is an amusement park, very busy during the summer months. Access to the sea is shallow and has a gentle slope on the shore. This beach is also known as beach Europe due to continuous and rigorous quality checks are performed on it. It features the distinctive blue flag awarded by the European Union.
